$200 Initiation of advocacy: A compilation and assessment of your full medical “picture.” This allows you, your family, your doctors, and your future doctors to have up-to-date information on your medical conditions, testing, medications, allergies, directives, etc. This is an on-going, updated picture that I will maintain as long as I am your advocate. There is no “storage” fee for your files. As I update your files over time, there will be an administrative fee for time scanning and organizing your medical “picture.”
